ala carte for super family pack

Can anyone tell me which are special ala carte channels for super family pack. Pls help me.

No only "On Request Ala Carte" is available for free.

I don't think CNBC Awaaz, UTV World Movies, Ten Sports is free in Super Family because these channels are never in the package.

Its confusing....Dishtv.in channel packages page shows the following in every pack.
Special A-la-carte offer for .....<Pack>.....subscribers
Charges waived for your selected channels, from the following A-la-carte channels:
To request, SMS: DISHTV GET <Channel No.> to 57575 from your Registered Mobile No. or contact DISHTV Call Center.
So I thought the mentioned channels are free for that particular pack subscribers but only on request.

Key words is "Charges waived" it means you have to pay for those which are not in the package.

It means we have 2 pay for ten sports and utvwm as it was not in family pack.
