Better to Start sending mail to CEO regarding CNBC HD as it has SD feed

No bro prime hd is available in English news pack and mega hd pack, Im getting this channel in my mega hd pack.

but i dnt have idea about that.because, these two packs have english news add on. So they added this hd channel in these packs.
The question is, they are providing cnbc hd with cnbc tv18 or we have to subscribe entire english news add on?
