Sad News All Hd channels of new logo sound is slow

Not only low sound some cracing noise is also coming from particular channel

I got some noise on some bengali news sd channels some days ago. I don't know this is happening in present time or not, I watch tv very rarely. My parents watch it.

yes the problem is still there in some hd channels and tata sky is not doing anything to correct it

They should correct it, maybe they are waiting for new satelite migration or what I don't know.
