All my non subscribed channels disappeared

All my non subscribed channels disappeared from my box after refreshing it.

I haven't been using Tata Sky box since last couple of days as I was staying at my grandmother's house. Today activated it. I was trying to add Eurosport HD. Missed call activation and refresh didn't work. So I called agent while we have the conversation. It went from Eurosport HD to home channel. Now the LCN won't appear unless I subscribe to it.

It's normal. It's not signal. It's some software error.

This is Not only happening with you but with every tata sky user, Non subscribed channels have disappeared.

I got so use to it. All the useless channels to me like of different languages had disappeared.

Skip unsubscribed channels in Airtel Calcomp HD HEVC

Airtel has made tweaks in their EPG software, when u click on CH + u ll get only the subscribed channels. Airtel is implementing this in step by step. I have 2 box, 1 st box recieved these changes on November last weeek and 2nd box received today.
