I guess it will be 39sd channels only as the tp are of 36mhz not 54mhz as 39sd+3hd equals 51sd channels(1hd=4sd) which is possible only 54mhz tp and only d2h has it.

No bro Tatasky is able to fit 39 SD+ 3 HD channel on a 36 MHz TP which is 11470. You can check it in Tatasky section. So technically it's possible to have 39SD +3HD on a 36Mhz DVB S2 MPEG 4 TP
