Seeking Help Amazon prime stream is not happening in bluetooth connection

Hi , I have been using airtel internet tv for last 2 years. If i connect MI bluetooth soundbar with internet box , all apps r working but amazon prime streaming is not happening ; If i disconnect bluetooth and the streaming is happening... Can anyone help ?
