Thread starter mentioned he will update the date. So, let us wait. But this LCN change clearly shows that they are creating an empty LCN for TLC HD only as the HD channel will always come next to its equivalent SD channel. So, hope for the best.

It would be great foodie HD channel addition. ...
but I feel they might add suddenly.

yeh TLC HD addition is sure bcwz
TLC SD is on lcn 469 and after channel changing lcn 470
will be free so lcn 470 is for tlc hd btw its only my guess let,s see
what happen
