dear all member any one can change my package of airtel digitel

Go to selfcare portal on ADTV site and there u can upgrade ur package with option "Change my package" but to downgrade ur pack u have to call to the customer support.......and as it seems that u r from pakistan so u have to do mail to the ADTV customer support to downgrade ur pack

if you want to change your package
1.online portal (upgrade only)
2.call customer care (for verification customer ID or Contact number)
3.Send message from registered mobile (upgrade only)

* using anyone manner in above you must be verified once by airtel.

do one thing mail to ADTV with ur "customer ID" as subject bec. this type of mail gets faster response from them and tell them u r not in india so pls change my package..u have to upgrade ur package or downgrade ur package bec. for upgrading pack u can change through portal while for downgrading pack u have to contact customer care ...
