Seeking Help RTN Change issue

When i tried to change my mobile number in my airtel dth account , cc agent saying that two connections have been booked and cancelled, so u can’t use that number
Can anyone help me with this issue, because i never booked those connections, how can delete those orders and link my mobile to my current dth
