I thought this is a new name of Independent Tv.

No, it was postponed due to rains in Mumbai. They are now waiting for snow fall to start in Simla, so that they can get another execuse to postpone it again.

The case has been adjourned to 23 Sep 2019 as Independent TV has requested couple more of days to furnish the bank gurantee.
We have to wait one week more for further updates.
Whatever might happen, but it has lost the credibility.
case order is given below
"Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a short period is required to furnish
the bank guarantee. He seeks short adjournment. As prayed, post the matter under
the same head on 23.9.2019"

No bro recent mumbai rains flooded in to independent TV office and broadcasting station washed out total instrument's.

Independent TV didn't furnish any bank guarantee nor paid any due amount to Antrix .Instead its showing interest for negotiation regards to its payment with Antrix. Court also allowed its request and next hearing adjourned to 7/11/2019.
Court is not looking this issue over the interest of the public or DTH customers and no words of being in late of service resumption.
Govt is also sleeping here.
