Seeking Help Are shifting charges required for reinstallation of Tata Play connection?

So my neighbour who I got a new connection few months back is moving to a new house. Their connection is under warranty. So if they unmount and carry the dish with them. Do they need to pay for the reinstallation?

As I see that they have waived off charges of service visits after rebranding to Tata Play.

Technician visit is free, installation is not, it could be a complex and time consuming process. If your neighbour has already deinstalled the box on his own then he needs to pay Rs 300 for re-installation at new location. The agent will install and start the box and update new location in the account.
