Hi Brother,
All the programs and serial timings are same and only difference is currently Asianet HD has no advertisement so all programs are end before 5 to 10 minits earlier than Asianet SD at that time they play HD songs that is good to see.
And one more thing Asianet SD and Asianet HD are showing different movies at same time.
Asianet HD is always showes new movies in HD.
But the clarity of Asianet HD is awesome and good dolby sound also.

Asianet and Asianet HD are same only 2 difference.

1.Movies are different but timing of movie playing is same.
2.Currently no advertisements.
