MUMBAI: Malayalam general entertainment channel Asianet has lined up a special two-week programming schedule comprising
comedy shows, films, music-based shows and other specials on the occasion of Onam.
In addition to exclusive programmes with popular actors like Suresh Gopi, Dilip, Manoj K
Jayan and Mukesh, one of the major highlights of Asianet’s Onam 2014 offerings is six movie
premieres.
On 6 September, also known as ‘Uthradam Day’, the channel will premiere four films including ‘Pullipulikalum Attinkuttiyum’ at 9:30 am, followed by ‘Mannar Mathai Speaking 2’ at 1:30 pm and ‘Salala Mobiles’ at 4 pm. In the
evening, the channel will telecast ‘Oru Indian Pranaya Kadha’ at 7 pm, which will be followed
actor Dilip’s Onam special comedy show ‘Badai Bungalow’ at 10 pm.
