in the above SS u can see Tata Communications is written there..

Spandan Bhai It's written on all channels of That Tp of Intelsat 17.

It means that the mentioned TP is owned by Tata Communications (not TataSky)

yes they are used for some other purpose,and also they(Tata communications) have so many shares on number of satellites.

In your given picture it is no where mentioned they are adding it. They were testing it in that satellite. The channel boardcaster is Tata Communication that doesn't mean they are going to add this channel. Provide a vaild source or PM me to close the thread.
