Anna i have already shared the reasons why addition of certain channels have been delayed..... As i have said based on my understanding / analysis Addition of many of the popular Pay TV Channels r pending since long bcoz of placement not aligning with slab agreement (lcn placement) as decided in ongoing RIO with various broadcasters thus warranting LCN Realignment .....empty LCN slots, bandwidth r not of much concern....certain FTA channels r in pending status bcoz of not being able to reach at mutual consensus with concerned broadcasters for deciding on carriage fee
