Audio in StarMovies Select HD

There seems to be problem in Star Movies Select HD's audio as he voice heard from the speakers is very low but the background music seems to be good. The picture also gets stuck at regular intervals and continues

Yes, in my speakers the sound comes only from the surround speakers only.

Everythin is fine with 5.1 DD plus on Star Plus HD..
Star Plus HD has Dolby Digital Plus sound..

Star Movies Select HD  has bad audio quality & it becomes owrse when you turn Virtual Sound  On  fro setop box settings
