Still No Update on Tata Sky about this 2 channels its shocking

I had a chat discussion with customer care regarding zee classic addition and it seems they are not even aware that zee classic is re-launched.only update they have is zee classic changed to zee bollywood....all seems intentional. I hate these exclusive deal...for example aaj tak HD was launched exclusively on tatasky...after few months only it was added to Airtel... similarly CN HD...it was earlier present in sundirect only....after many months added to tatasky....same case with FYI HD....
