After much speculation, it turns out Baahubali’s Prabhas will NOT be part of Suriya’s Singham 3. There were speculations that the actor was roped in for a cameo but these reports have been denied. “It’s not true. Prabhas is not playing a cameo in ‘Singam 3’,” producer Gnanavel Raja told IANS.
Directed by Hari, “Singam 3” sees Suriya return as fearless, righteous police officer. It’s the third part of the Singham franchise. In the first look, we saw Suriya transform into a fierce lion. The police cop will have a face off with Thakur Anoop Singh who will be playing baddie in this part. Get ready for an ultimate climax sequence. They were last canning the climax action sequence in Talakona forest near Guntur district, Andhra Pradesh. A source had told IANS.“The climax shoot started last week in Talakona forest. They’re filming a high-octane action sequence featuring Suriya and Anoop Thakur Singh,” We bet Part 3 is going to be hardcore. After 24, Suriya fans are super excited for this actioner! The movie is all set for a December 16 release. The movie also stars Anushka Shetty and Shruti Haasan . So looks like Karthi’s Kashmora and Brother Suriya Singham 3 won’t clash after all. The crew left to Malaysia on Monday night for a 10-day schedule. The mvoie will release in Tamil and Telugu.
After Singham 3, Suriya’s next project will be Muthiah. Set against the rural backdrop of Tamil Nadu, the movie will be about a father-son relationship. The film will reportedly star Keerthy Suresh. Rajkiran has been roped in to play Suriya’s father for this movie. There were reports that Suriya would be teaming up with the Kabali director but turns out, that project has been pushed for next year. There are also reports stating that Suriya might return with the sequel of 24.
Coming back to Prabhas, he will be the first South Indian to have a wax statue at Madame Tussauds Museum. Bahaubali director Rajamouli shared this good news on Twitter. The statue will officially be unveiled in March 2017 in Bangkok. The Baahubali team is expected to wrap this November. The sequel’s logo was recently unveiled. Now awaiting its first look on October 22.
