I am also getting all those HD channels in Kuwait on my 6FT dish. I get little flickering only for an hour during 6pm to 7pm. Rest of the time, all fine.

It was working (24hours) fine for me upto last night
Yesterday night after 8PM i faced problem regarding this 9 channels. I got message like "signal not found"
Then immediately i done reset, after that they are working fine.
May be dish tv changing TP -frequency?

AIRTEL is working fine here in DAMMAM, on 6 feet dish, and about DISH TV only comes well from 4 PM up to morning.

Yesterday evening all those HD channels were working fine. No crackling..
Checked between 6pm to 10pm...

Just re align the Antenna i am using 6 ft dish and it is absolutely fine now.
