I think not because those foreign customers(Such as from Bangladesh or other countries) are paying tax to Indian government(state as well as central) as their address which is registered with DTH company is somewhere in India otherwise their connection will be disconnected. So that means their Govt is getting no tax from their customers and also no license fee from Broadcaster(for down-linking and up-linking channels) and DTH companies as these companies are not registered in their country. So I think it's banned and can be prosecuted under criminal offense.
That's true, but if u wish to recharge for 1 month or 2 month at a time u have to pay double, I always recharge for 1 year long term pack, due to the big amount they provide low rate...

I think its better for viewers outside India to recharge for longer terms & with highest packs like mega or magnum where by all newly added channels will be automatically available.
