No. Rishtey Bhojpuri will replace BDM. Rishtey Cineplex (relaunched today) is different.

Hope Rishtey Bhojpuri is a GEC as there are too many Bhojpuri movie channels (Bhojpuri Cinema, Zee Biskope, Dabangg, B4U Bhojpuri, Oscar Movies, Filamchi and others) but not many GECs (only Big Ganga, Dishum and Anjan since Mahuaa shut down).
