Best DTH for a 32 inch Tv

My friend has recently bought a 32 inch full HD LED tv. He wants to have max HD channels but the reviews I hve read here about Dish Tv stops me from suggesting him to buy Dish. Just want to know something about Dish Tv - will the SD channels look bad on a 32 inch Tv ?? Is there any issue with channel reception due to rain ??. My adtv has no problem even if it rains. It causes issues only during very heavy rainfall.

Money is not the issue - Rs 200 for 35 HD channels is not bad too

n u won't find any major difference in sd channels in 32'' tvs

never go 4 dish tv..... remove channels anytime from the base pack
also pq n aq is substandard
