Black Screen on Hd Channels

I'm experiencing blank screen on espn hd, star cricket hd, discovery hd and nat geo hd. There is even signal fluctuations. I'm a new user and even engineers visited my place twice in 3 months of my activation of New connection. This is pathetic from d2h. Plz help me what to do? Cc persons are just useless. Plz help Thanks in advance.

But on my screen its written that it is due to sun outage.

Now most of the Tamil channels are not working... Black screen in some channels and frozen picture in few channels. Few channels are working fine...

In the northern hemisphere, sun outages occur before the March equinox (February, March) and after the September equinox (September and October), and in the southern hemisphere the outages occur after the March equinox and before the September equinox....
