Update: The blocky image issue still persists, and on top of that, the box often goes "Signal not available" post ST-2 alignment. Only with master reset does it go back to normal.
D2h/DishTV are F***ed up.

The company's closing remark on grievance #6646361 is a shocking and utterly deceitful one, full of lies and embellishments. D2H/DishTV has been harassing me over phone, repeating the same patterns for which I already had provided sufficient evidence in great detail, and seems to be decidedly ignoring the same. Furthermore, trying to put false claims in my mouth in order to shove off accountability is enough to signal the reprehensible moral framework this company operates in. My request to have been provided a working, disruption free Set Top Box was denied as well.
Ms. Sweta's claims of EPG not being supplied on ST-2 satellite as well because of "company's policies" have been exposed to be a blatant lie, not to mention the false blaming of TRAI for the high NCF charges of Rs 153 by the company.
Since the last technician visit, the problems have only escalated to the extent of complete stoppage of viewing for extended periods.
