But again logically what to expect from a mentally challenged person. In the first place they should not hire but here it was shown everyone was very happy and even he started his business to sell baniyan..does that happen in real world?

Forget mentally challenged, I heard medical test in army is really hard to pass. While joining hands there must be gap , feet must have curve not flat etc. Even they check the ba***

Yes, army shouldn't have hired him. It just made them look bad. He shouldn't even be rewarded for his stupidity.
