The only thing common is the pregnancy and father mix-up. Good Newwz is an all-time classic comedy, at least as far as as the 2010s is concerned. Everyone from Akshay, Kareena to Diljit had great comic timing and even Kiara didn’t hurt.

In contrast, Vicky Kaushal seems stuck in the wrong movie here and Triptii Dimri has completely changed course since Animal, with Bad Newz and Vicky Vidya. She is now headed towards being a flowerpot.

Bro, be honest. It doesn't have mass appeal. Plot is a niche topic which most viewers will fail to understand. It doesn't even have many jokes.

But comedy wise good newz was better

It's forced comedy like every other Akshay Kumar movie. I didn't find most of the humour funny.
