Sorry but what is satellite card scan? I newbe for it. and data channels cant we access anyhow?

Hi max,
Satellite card is the DVB slot0in card which is meant for reception on computer, Its install on computer's PCI or PCI-Express slot...

Those scanning was performed by default DVB express application..

Data channels has particular time frame & modulation, we cant access those channel without specific downlink decodar or modulator ( like VSAT) not able to access with DVB receiver devices.....
