Seeking Help Can Airtel Xstream Setup Box can be downgraded

Hi.... I also observed the same Sound problem with OTT content i.e. Amazon Prime video, Netflix, Hotstar and etc. In xstream box I'm not getting DD Audio output as well as there is no recording facility.

So i want to know how I'll get back my old HD+ setup box.
