What is the main reason of you to quit Reliance Digital? Are u not getting all required SD channels?

Bad customer service.
Taking minimum 15-20min to reach the customer service person. And they dont have a service centre in vizag.
They are sending some private person(paid). But as per my pack it shoule be free.
I also feel sooner or later RDTV will collapse. So better i go out of it earlier.
Channels also very less compared to other dth.
Main-bad service,especially call centre

They wrote some technical issue. I am hopeful they will resolve it soon.

Technical reason takes 2-3days to resolve. Tv18 channels didnt come for 3days last week. Last month gemini channels didnt come for 4days.
