Yes bro Govt can cancel license of DTH/MSO if those operators failed to give proper reply to show cause notice for not carrying DD chs.

It is mandatory for all DTH operators to carry all Doordarshan channels on their network, in accordance with the Ministry of I&B's order issued vide 8(12)/2007-BP&L, dated September 6, 2013. As per the Government's order, it is obligatory for every DTH operator to carry all Doordarshan channels irrespective of any bouquet(s) or a-la-carte channel(s) being subscribed to by subscribers. The DTH operators shall also place the channels in their respective genres and shall display them in full television screen.
