This is just a test channel. This can be of any language. LCN is just indicative and norhing else. One compulsory Telugu Channel they have to add is DD-Saptagiri.

Bro that is Sun Direct Team LCN .Not our LCN.This LCN is only for testing.Channel adding time LCN is very different.And 11030 / V / 32000 is Insat 4B TP.That TP is only for HD Channel addition not SD Channel.
