Hi Today I Call CC , Told them I want to Drop my Annual Dhaamal Mix Pack & Start Annual Suprime Sports Kids Pack...
He told me Wait Some time After 5 minutes of Waiting He Added 1000₹+ Amount into m Account & Told me Pls Recharge your Account by 1890₹...
After that I Call CC & Told him to Active Suprime sports kids Pack Annually But He told me You Can't Change your Base Pack Since 29th July...
I argued with him but He didn't Understand my Problem...
What can I do Now ???

Seriously,ur in a lock period of one year,if they had assure that will change the package before that then go ahead and write a email to them..calling now is useless,totally unorthodox service through call centre..
