Make * on channels which added via ddd+ in Dish TV addition

We Can See How Many They Added Without DDD+

Whatever channel removed by DDD+ also got removed by dish TV platform.

Bcoz previously did buharm news nation added by DDD + are treated as added by dish TV also.

So update dish TV removal list with DDD + channels.

i am not technical expert, but i think, when any channel remove by ddd+
then it remove from dish tv also but they add this channel through other
satellite.

is dish tv remove sony mix, masti z jagara & ........... channels. so i update also removal on dish tv.
