I found new sat at 98e some Pakistani feed testing like ptv news and ten sport some time

But pes is an Indian satellite gsat9. It can not broadcast Pakistani feed and ptv channel because Pakistan is not a part of south Asia satellite

there's no payload called PES in GSat-9. GSat-9 aka South Asia Sat is located in 97.3E location. Its very close to this Chinasat-11 located at 98E . both the sat signals will get tuned in a single LNB, since these are too close. Those Pak feeds and Test slots are from 98E Chinasat-11 only. This transmission started some 2 months back, it seems.

Is it a testing of Pakistani Dth or not
