Yes.
Tatasky has included regional HD channels in all HD access fee (HDAF) packs. As long as subscriber is paying any HDAF he can view HD channels included in his subscribed regional add-ons.

At present mytatasky.com lists 4 HDAF packs -

South Special HD Addon - Rs. 85/month,
South Sports Special HD Addon - Rs. 90/month,
DMP HDAF - Rs. 95/month &
HD Access fee - Rs. 175/month.
Customer to select as per his choice/budget.

As per T&C listed, Rs. 85-90-95 packs will enable HD channels included in base pack & regional add-ons only.
If you subscribed for other add-ons (e.g English Movies/GEC, Kids) & want to view HD channels in these add-ons then select Rs. 175 HD access fee pack (instead of Rs. 85-90-95 packs).

Today I tried to add HD fee packages but unsuccessful..
So 3 HD packages (85-90-95) can be added from mytatsky.com if you are on the same base pack (e.g. DMP base pack user can add DMP HDAF Rs. 95).

If one requests nicely through helpline he might be lucky though..
