But from Cinema TV Marketing team not official replied that there own new channel CINE 21 launching in DD+Platform from 1 November like france 24 or ABC Channel.
They talking only Soon!!!

Its from Cinema TV group? Then we can guess the quality of channels. Always Tele Shop. Trai AdCap not applicable on those TeleShop chs?
