I never saw CN SEA but old shows air on Boomerang my best guess. Here in Bangladesh we getting both CN Pakistan and CN India, Nick India, Disney Asia only

No bro, Boomerang mostly airing new shows....
In Pakistan Cartoon Network Pakistan doesn't have Pogo or Boomerang channel...pogo and Boomerang shows airing on CNP
