Right now both are FTA.. I think soon, they will remove the slot.

I may be wrong too.. I think it was there earlier in their network and now they replaced it with color bars and made FTA.. That could be the case.. I just scanned from beginning and found it under FTA. May be others who is having Real Vu setup can confirm.
