becoz rights were with sony before.... than they gave up and colors took it.....same case like KBC star had rights before than they gave up and and sony took it

What type of channel was Zee next? I think Imagine was superb at beginning days.

Zee next my favourite channel... they aired Some english show in Hindi like The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air

From the very beginning Colors was a serious challenger to the Big 3 (Star Plus, Zee TV and Sony TV). NDTV Imagine (later Imagine TV) never got that type of ratings. Until 2017 either Colors or Star Plus were the No. 1 Hindi GECs, but now it's Zee Anmol.

Firstly In hindi Premium channels had more ratings but now scenerio changed FTA channels are taking the top spots.

In 2008, 5 new GEC was launched, i.e. Colors, Zee Next, NDTV Imagine, 9X and Real. But now, among all of them, only 1 can survive till now.
