The Kapil Sharma – Colors hatred saga continues. After being ousted from Colors and being snatched by Sony, Kapil launched his new show with a similar concept on Sony titled The Kapil Sharma Show and since the day this new show was announced, Colors has been leaving no stone unturned in creating problems for the show’s launch. From banning Babaji ka Thullu to creating objection over the members of the show, Colors has interfered in every aspect of the show. They even came up with their own anti-Sharma show with Krushna in the lead which unfortunately tanked. And now that The Kapil Sharma Show is all set to go on air finally, what will Colors do?
Will they keep up the hope in Krushna and clan who is leading them to doom like the Lord Krishna once led the Yadava clan to? Will Comedy Nights Bachao be able to Bachao Colors? Or will they (colors) come up with a whole new show? Or will they telecast repeats of their most famous shows? Nope, none of the above. Colors has instead decided to screen a movie that night! The new The Kapil Sharma Show goes live on Saturday, 23rd April and Shah Rukh Khan will be the first guest of the all new Kapil Sharma Show. And no, Colors is not showing a SRK film (thank God!) but rather will star the hit movie Bajirao Mastani (Psst. Why not Dilwale, eh? Released at the same time plus SRK-SRK would be fun, no?).
Ok, so that’s their game-plan. But that’s not all! The movie will be screened without a break so viewers do not move away from their screens for even a minute! OMG! Jealous much? Or insecure much? How distrusting are you, Colors, of your own TV channel and show that you have to resort to such tactics to keep the audience away from Kapil’s Show? And if you’re screening Bajirao Mastani on the first day of Kapil’s new show, what will you screen next? Tie up specially with producers and buy digital rights of every movie possible to keep viewers away from Kapil show after show?!
Seriously Colors, grow up guys. And just accept it. Kapil has his own new show. And you have Babaji ka Thullu. The case rests.
