Until 2017 Zee TV was awful in the presentation department, but since the 2017 rebrand it is as good as Star Plus and Sony, if not better. Zee has come a very long way.

But Zee Tv's graphics still look a bit outdated to the present generation.

Good and standard graphics package by Colors Kannada that can cop up with Hindi GECs. But still a typical one from Colors network.

Don't decide the channels on trp basis.
We don't even hate zee but zee now a days is very greedy to get all regional markets

I think the branding from 2011-2017 was really nice and calming. The stupid orange makes you wanna throw something at the TV. Even the content on the channel has gone down in terms of quality

To quote Maya Sarabhai, the 2011–2017 graphics package is the very definition of downmarket. It had none of the finesse of Star Plus. Only the theme music (Ummeed Se Saje Zindagi) was nice.
There was another graphics package from 2014 to 2016 (here) that looked very elegant and (as you say) nice and calming. Unfortunately it was scrapped.

Whether you hate orange is your preference, but, objectively speaking, the current one is the best graphics package ever in the history of Zee TV.

We marathi audience not hate Zee ever. Because Zee is pioneer in marathi tv industry. Zee always choose marathi to start new genre in regional tv market. First they launched their 1st regional news channel in marathi: zee 24 taas, then 1st regional movie channel : Zee Talkies, 1st regional youth centric channel : Zee Yuva, 1st publication Zee Marathi Disha, 1st HD feed for regional movies channel: Zee Talkies HD. So we always love Zee network.
