Videocon is also using the downscaled version of comedy central u guess as the logo size is reduced very much. No idea of content so can't confirm but I guess it is the downscaled version only.

So it seems Comedy Central is going to discontinue SD feed very soon as almost all DTH have started using downscaled HD feed.
