{Confirmed} SS HD4 has been added in all Base HD Packs

I'm currently using annual Ultra HD pack. When I subscribed, adtv had 18 HD channels and all of them were available. But the HD channels added afterwards like Sony Pix HD and now Star Sports HD4 are not available. I contacted CC today and they told me to either shift to the annual Mega HD pack, shift to the monthly pack or pay for Star Sports HD4 on a-la-carte basis, all of which would deny me the benefit of my present pack. Can anyone suggest me what to do in order to get the channels?

this is my problem as well..

I pay rs. 500 pm, 19 HD mega pack

and dont get pix hd, pict hd, ss4,3 hd
