Breaking Create pack directly from tv on ch.110 and ch.998

I selected pack using tv and scanned the code .
And sent the code to 54325
And received the following message :

Thanks for selecting new pack on your Airtel DigitalTV ! We have received your request and new pack will be applicable from 1st Feb'19 onwards
 
Yep single channel can be added multiple times and the bill is separate .
Its is complete loot if we add Network capacity costs .

This is definitely done by airtel on purpose.Currently not opting for any pack if water flows above my head then going to change to jio or something if it ever appears.

As per today news TRAI said that " we will try to implement portability in DTH atleast by ear end" .
So was have to wait till 2020.

I don't think it's required that much time to implement.im hearing this news from 2014 but still in pipeline😊.but if they want to loot people money they are implementing it very fast.
Initially they made all india to convert digital set top box and next this tariff hike.well planned
