Cricket Test match not playing Live on Hotstar app on Binge plus stb

I tried to view the 4th test match between England and India live via Hotstar app on Tata Sky Binge plus stb. But I'm getting the error message as attached.

Other content is playing on Hotstar app in Tata Sky Binge plus stb.

It's playing fine on Apple TV 4K box.

Any thoughts.

Now am able to watch the match on Binge plus Stb via Hotstar app. I've escalated to Tata Sky on Twitter and they raised a ticket for the same.
