Customer ID

Hi can someone please tell me my Customer ID through the STB number or any other number displayed on the box or the card. I live saudi so i dont have a registered number through which i can get my customer ID.. I need to know the status of my account and want to be able to recharge it but can't find the details.

Ask the person whom you took this STB from. He must be knowing
