D2H has activated new channels for my account. But unfortunately it is not the Custom Pack that I had selected.
I have kept the total number of channels under 100. I have not taken any bouquets whatsoever. I have selected
few HD & few SD channels. But only half those pay channels are in the activated ones. Rest all are Hindi HD &
a few south Indian HD; these channels I never selected.
Not only that. They have deducted an amount that is quite larger than my custom pack (almost 35% more). This has
been deducted from my long term recharge account.
The Customer Care has been unreachable or on hold-then-disconnect for the entire day. Even late-night they say
they are busy. They did not respond to my emails too.
Please let me know what are my options to 1st get my refund back in the D2H account & then activate my Custom pack.
