We can say this as a replacement. News Time Assam is being replaced with Protidin Time. The channel themselves saying it as a rebranding. I think they will soon close News Time Assam once Protidin Time is available in all platform wherever News Time Assam is/was available.

They could have rebranded immediately. But since they started Protidin Time in new C-Band TP, they are still running News Time Assam. It is a guess from me. Let us see. Our sat trackers can check if News Time Assam is available in future and confirm.
