But here in the reason of merging they refuse to add customer requirement channel but adding services & shopping Channels

Yes...D2h only thinks about shopping but other DTH thinks about all sides of customer requirements..

In my view the reason of not adding channels is not merging but they are wanting more profit thats why not adding any paid channels only FTA..
