D2h Cinema removed

I have taken d2h connection in nov'12 and at that time they had given d2h cinema free for 1 yr till Nov'13 but suddenly from yesterday they had blocked this channel and they told that offer had ended and i will not get d2h cinema now free till nov'13.

i had called the cc but they had given the same reply. how can d2h do a breach of trust like this as initially they had told they will give the d2h cinema free for 1 yr for new connection and suddenly removed.

shall i write a mail to nodal officer. experts comments are welcomed.tup:tup

ok bro i will do it. no the channel is there but for myself it is blocked and is telling it is not subscribed.

today also i saw in their website offer page they are now giving d2h cinema channel free for 12 months only for annual package new connection.

but initially they had given d2h cinema free for initial 12 months for new connection. suddenly they changed this policy?? why i dont know.huh:huh

this is unacceptable, ask them why they have done this immediately

you have a rights,if it is channel available and also that offer still available,you can get back the offer up to validity period.if they removed the offer from a particular package then they can deny it only from the new customer,they cant for old customers.

devesh this is what i don't like, u can't term anyone a cheater like this. this can also b a result of someone by error disconnection this free top up or due to some tech error.
